Awareness Through Movement (ATM) Lesson Lending Library

For students who would like more exposure to the learning experience offered by ATM lessons, I maintain I lending library of lessons on cassette tape and CD.  These lessons are given by a wide variety of experienced Feldenkrais teachers and focus on a range of topics, from easier gardening to comfortable organization of the jaw. Tape and CD series may be borrowed for one month at a time. Current patients may borrow lessons without a deposit; if you fail to return the lessons, I will charge you the replacement value of the series.  Community members who are not currently patients may borrow lessons with a fully refundable deposit for the replacement value of the series.

MP3  recordings of ATM classes/workshops with Dr. Lisa are available to current ATM students for $2 per lesson, or you may purchase a subscription for $15 to receive unlimited lessons for one year.  For more information or to request a recording of a specific class, please email me at drlisa67@gmail.com.  Ordering is easiest if you know the date of  the class; however, if you are uncertain of the date, I may be able to identify if you tell me what you remember of the lesson (i.e., It involved lying on the stomach and making snake-like movements with the spine.)
